Storage and expiry of hemp seed oil:
Store hemp seed oil in a cool and dark atmosphere with the temperature up to 16°C.
Use for cooking up to 3-5 months after opening. Afterward, it is suitable for external use only. Close the bottle tightly.
Use of hemp seed oil in the kitchen:
Hemp seed oil is not suitable for frying but rather for dishes of the cold-cuisine – salads, pasta, or as a spread instead of butter. It is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, vegans and for people on a gluten-free diet.
Hemp seed oil – use:
Internally: 1tsp a day either together with a meal or after a meal. Children may take 2 or 3 drops in yogurt. For constipation 1tsp / a day on an empty stomach. After chemotherapy 1 tsp a day. Hemp seed oil can be used also externally – on skin and joint problems – rub into affected spots.
